I am now very sad and depressed that Damienne is dieing but it is a heartrending story about courage and how you can be in the most dire situations.
I hope it ends satisfying but i feel that it won't, but i hope for the best. Well that is all i can comment about before i get really sad.

Could it get any sadder???? I mean it was enough that Pierre died but now her friend dieing..... It was horrible. But I really think it was written well. I suspected that she was with child, when after Pierre died she kept getting sick. I am glad that she will have something to remind her of him. I just hope she is safe and that Damienne does not die till the child is born. I wonder how and if they will get off the island. I can't wait to read the end of the book tomorrow. I can't believe how fast this is going by. It only took us, 4 days to get here and it will only have been 5 days when we Finnish it. Well Wednesday we can start A Room With A View, because we will finish this book tomorrow. I can't wait to finish this, and dearly hope that it gets happier. But even if it does not, I think it is brilliantly written. The characters are so well written, and so easy to relate to. Well I hope to hear from you soon, in post and in a letter.
